Our comprehensive running evaluation is designed to uncover the root cause of pain, prevent injury, and improve your running performance. This sessions goes beyond a standard physical therapy assessment by focusing specifically on the unique demands of running.

What’s Included:

  • Injury and Training Review: We take a look at your current symptoms, injury history, mileage, training routine and footwear to understand the full picture.
  • Strength and Mobility Assessment: Evaluation of key running muscles, including hips, glutes, core, and calves, along with mobility of the ankles, hips, and spine.
  • Running Gait Analysis: Analysis of your running form to assess cadence, stride length, foot strike and overall mechanics.
